我国省级党史网站建设效果评价与优化路径研究

摘　　要：党史网站建设是信息化时代下推动党史宣传教育工作的应然路径。我国省级党史网站是党史宣传信息化建设的成果标杆,其建设效果能够为其他党史网站的建设提供有益的经验与思路。基于专家调查法和层次分析法构建了评价指标体系,体系包括网站内容、网站功能、网站建设3个一级指标、4个二级指标和34个三级指标;运用SPSS、MATLAB等软件确定评价指标权重,为网站评价的实施提供参考;针对省级党史网站在信息资源、功能建设与宣传推广等方面普遍存在的问题,指出党史网站应当采取注重当地红色资源转化、强化网站基本功能、融合多方平台加强宣传力量、加强各省互动等优化举措,促使党史网站在党史学习教育中发挥更大的资政育人作用。The construction of CPC history website is a natural path to promote CPC history publicity and education in the informatization era.China’s provincial CPC history website is the benchmark of CPC history propaganda informatiza-tion construction,and its construction effect can provide useful experience and ideas for the construction of other CPC his-tory websites.Based on the expert survey method and hierarchical analysis method,this paper constructs an evaluation in-dex system,which includes 3 first-level indexes of website content,website function and website construction,14 sec-ond-level indexes and 34 third-level indexes;and by using SPSS,MATLAB,determines the weights of the evaluation in-dexes,which provides a reference for the implementation of website evaluation;and in view of the problems commonly ex-isting in information resources,function construction and promotion of provincial CPC history websites,points out that the CPC history website should take optimization measures such as focusing on the transformation of local red resources,strengthening the basic functions of the website,integrating multiple platforms to strengthen the propaganda force,and strengthening the interaction between provinces,so as to promote the CPC history website to play a greater role in the CPC history learning and education.
