摘　　要：轮状病毒是一种肠道病毒,能引起肠道感染导致腹泻和呕吐,因婴幼儿免疫系统尚未完全发育,更易受到轮状病毒感染,是导致婴幼儿腹泻住院的主要原因。轮状病毒具有一定的传染性,每年秋冬季流行,主要通过粪-口途径传播。目前尚无特效抗轮状病毒的药物,因此,接种轮状病毒疫苗是预防轮状病毒性胃肠炎最有效的措施。本文就轮状病毒生物学特征、流行病学特征、临床表现、轮状病毒疫苗开发及其应用等方面予以综述。Rotavirus is an enteric virus that can cause intestinal infections leading to diarrhea and vomiting.Due to the immature immune systems of infants and young children,they are more susceptible to rotavirus infection,which is a leading cause of diarrhea-related hospitalizations among infants and young children.Rotavirus is highly contagious and spreads primarily through the fecal-oral route,with outbreaks typically occurring in autumn and winter.Currently,there is no specific antiviral drug for rotavirus,making rotavirus vaccination the most effective measure for preventing acute gastroenteritis caused by this virus.This article provides a review of the biological characteristics,epidemiological features,clinical manifestations,and the development and application of rotavirus vaccines.
