摘 要:采用LC-MS/MS法测定三峡库区道地药材陈皮中26种有机农药的残留量。结果显示,26种有机农药的线性范围为10~250 ng/mL(r^(2)为0.9967~0.9999),加样回收率为69.8%~124.7%,RSD为0.89%~9.10%(n=6),定量限为2.5~5.0μg/kg。56批次陈皮中,农药使用情况最为复杂,有的多达7种;吡唑醚菌酯检出率最高,为64.9%,质量分数为10~912μg/kg,检出率为64.9%,表明所用方法快捷灵敏、结果稳定可靠,可用于中药材中有机农药的快速检测。The residues of 26 organic pesticides in Citrus reticulata from Three Gorges reservoir were determined by LC-MS/MS method.The results showed that the linear range of 26 organic pesticides was 10~250 ng/mL(r^(2)is 0.9967~0.9999),the recoveries were 69.8%~124.7%,the RSD was 0.89%~9.10%(n=6),and the limits of quantification were 2.5~5.0μg/kg.Among the 56 batches of Citrus reticulata,the use of pesticides was the most complex,with some as many as 7 kinds.The highest detection rate was 64.9%,the mass fraction was 10~912μg/kg,and the detection rate was 64.9%,indicating that the method was fast,sensitive,stable and reliable,and could be used for the rapid detection of organic pesticides in Chinese medicinal materials.
