扶正固本汤对晚期肺癌化疗患者血清肿瘤标志物和化疗不良反应的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨扶正固本汤对晚期肺癌化疗患者血清肿瘤标志物和化疗不良反应的影响。方法:选取2021年8月至2023年8月该院收治的晚期肺癌患者103例,通过随机数字表法分为对照组(51例)与观察组(52例)。对照组患者给予培美曲塞联合顺铂化疗,观察组患者在对照组的基础上口服扶正固本汤;21 d为1个周期,两组患者均治疗4个周期。对比两组患者治疗后的临床疗效、治疗前后血清肿瘤标志物变化及化疗期间不良反应发生率。结果:观察组患者客观缓解率为36.54%(19/52),较对照组的17.65%(9/51)更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗4个周期后,两组患者细胞角蛋白19片段(CYFRA21-1)、癌胚抗原(CEA)水平均降低;相较于对照组,观察组患者CYFRA21-1、CEA水平降低更为显著,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者治疗期间恶心、皮疹、肝功能异常、粒细胞减少和肺炎的发生率显著低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:扶正固本汤可显著降低晚期肺癌化疗患者血清肿瘤标志物水平和化疗不良反应发生率,提高临床疗效。OBJECTIVE:To probe into the effects of Fuzheng Guben decoction on serum tumor markers and chemotherapy adverse drug reactions in patients with advanced lung cancer.METHODS:A total of 103 patients with advanced lung cancer admitted into our hospital from Aug.2021 to Aug.2023 were extracted to be divided into the control group(51 cases)and observation group(52 cases)through the random number table method.The control group received pemetrexed combined with cisplatin chemotherapy,while the observation group was given oral administration of Fuzheng Guben decoction on the basis of control group.Twenty-one days was one cycle,and patients in both groups were treated for 4 cycles.The clinical efficacy after treatment,the incidence of serum tumor markers and toxic adverse drug reactions during chemotherapy before and after treatment were compared between two groups.RESULTS:The objective remission rate of observation group was 36.54%(19/52),higher than that 17.65%(9/51)of control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After 4 cycles of treatment,the levels of cytokeratin 19 fragment(CYFRA21-1)and carcinoembryonic antigen(CEA)decreased in both groups,and the observation group showed a more significant decrease compared with the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of nausea,rash,liver dysfunction,granulocytopenia,and pneumonia in the observation group during treatment was significantly lower than that in the control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).CONCLUSIONS:Fuzheng Guben decoction can significantly reduce the levels of serum tumor markers and incidence of chemotherapy toxicity in advanced lung cancer patients undergoing chemotherapy,and improve clinical efficacy.
