摘　　要：以长野洁和松本岐子为代表的日式松本针灸流派为美国非主流针灸流派之一。日式松本针灸流派是在《难经》《内经》等传统中医理论基础上,与西医解剖学、病理生理学知识相结合,逐渐演变发展而来。松本岐子作为主要创始人及传承人将日式松本针灸在世界各地传播,形成了以腹部反射区、体质诊断、脏腑(器官)模式治疗三部分为主的独具特色的针灸模式。日式松本针灸将诊断、治疗与效果检验融合在每次诊治过程中,因其针刺浅、见效快获得患者青睐。现对日式松本针灸流派的发展历程、特色及中日针灸之不同进行探析,以期为我国传统针灸发展提供新思路。The Kiiko Matsumoto Style of Acupuncture,represented by Jie Nagano and Kiiko Matsumoto,is one of the non-mainstream schools of acupuncture in the United States.The formation of the Kiiko Matsumoto Style of Acupuncture is based on the theory of traditional Chinese medicine based on the“Nanking”,combined with the knowledge of Western anatomy and pathophysiology gradually evolved.Kiiko Matsumoto,as the main inheritor,spread Japanese Matsumoto Acupuncture all over the world,and formed a unique acupuncture model based on three parts:abdominal reflex zones,physical diagnosis,and treatment of visceral organs and organ patterns.Japanese-style Matsumoto acupuncture and moxibustion will be diagnosis,treatment and effect test fusion in each diagnosis and treatment process,and with shallow needling,fast results to obtain the patient s favor.The purpose of this paper is to analyze the development history and characteristics of the Kiiko Matsumoto Style of Acupuncture and the differences between Chinese and Japanese acupuncture,in order to provide new ideas for the development of traditional acupuncture in China.
