四种辽宁道地药材质量标准提升研究

摘　　要：目的:为制定4种辽宁产道地药材北五味子、北苍术、龙胆、白鲜皮的质量标准提供参考。方法:对4种辽宁产药材各10批,进行显微鉴别及TLC法定性鉴别;按照《中华人民共和国药典》2020年版所载方法对其水分、灰分、浸出物进行测定;采用HPLC法分别测定五味子中五味子醇甲含量、北苍术中苍术素含量、龙胆中龙胆苦苷的含量以及白鲜皮中白鲜碱、梣酮和黄柏酮的含量,并制定其限度。结果:4种药材粉末的显微鉴别与薄层鉴别特征显著,该研究对4种药材检查项、浸出物项以及含量测定项规定了限度。结论:该研究符合道地药材质量控制要求,为4种药材等级标准的建立及实现优质优价提供了依据。Objective:To provide reference for establishing the Liaoning quality standard of Schisandra chinensis,Atractylodes chinensis,Gentiana scabra,Dictamnus dasycarpus.which are grown in Liaoning province.Methods:Microscopic features and TLC were utilized for the qualitative identification of 10 batches of each four kinds of herbs;Chinese Pharmacopoeia(2020 addition)method was applied to determining the Water,foreign matter,total ash,acid insoluble ash,water-soluble extractive and 70%ethanol-soluble extractive.The content of Schisandrin,Atractylodin,Gentiopicrin,Dictamnine,Obacunone,Fraxinllon was assayed all by HPLC and the limits were established.Results:Microscopic features of the powder and TLC identification of four herbs were remarkable and the limits of examination items,extractive items and HPLC items were established.Conclusion:This study can meet the requirement of quality control of genuine medicine.It lays the foundation for the establishment of standards and achieving high quality at competitive prices.
