贵州苗药吉祥草成分及药理作用研究进展

摘　　要：吉祥草在贵州苗族地区药用历史悠久,其化学成分丰富,主要有甾体类、苷类、木脂素类、黄酮类、萜类、挥发油类、有机酸类、核苷酸类、微量元素等多种化学成分,药理作用广泛,具有抗肿瘤、抗氧化、抗炎、止咳、化痰、平喘、降糖、杀灭钉螺等药理作用,有一定的开发利用价值。因此,以吉祥草为关键词进行检索,获取以吉祥草作为研究对象的相关国内外文献和典籍,总结其所含主要化学成分,阐述主要药理作用物质基础和药效机制及临床应用,为吉祥草化学成分研究、药理学研究、生物学研究以及品质管理和资源有效利用等领域提供更直观、完整的综述参考。The Herbal medicine is Reineckiacarnea(Andr.)Kunth,it has a long history of medicinal use in Miao ethnic area of Guizhou province,and its chemical composition is rich,mainly including steroid,glycosides,lignans,flavonoids,terpenes,volatile oils,organic acids,nucleotides,trace elements and other chemical components,and its pharmacological effects are extensive.It has certain pharmacological effects in anti-tumor,anti-oxidation,anti-inflammation,relieving cough,relieving phlegm,relieving asthma,hypoglycemic,killing snails and so on,and has certain development and utilization value.Therefore,used the Reineckiacarnea(Andr.)Kunth as the key word to search,obtain the relevant domestic and foreign literature and classics with Reineckiacarnea(Andr.)Kunth as the research object,summarize its main chemical components,explain its main pharmacological action material basis,pharmacodynamic mechanism and clinical application,and study its chemical components,pharmacology and biology.As well as quality management and better efficient use of resources and other fields to provide a more intuitive and complete overview reference.
