摘　　要：随着社会经济的迅速发展,在多种因素影响下,精神疾病患者逐年增多,已经严重影响人们的生产生活。刘新发主任医师行医30余载,认为精神疾病在中医学中多属“癫狂、郁证、痴呆、不寐、心悸”等范畴,发病多与先天禀赋强弱、七情内伤等有关,与气、火、痰、瘀、虚等病理因素不可分离,治疗谨守四诊,精于辨证,擅用药对。对刘新发主任医师辨治精神疾病常用药对进行归纳分析,探寻用药规律,以飨同道。With the rapid development of social economy,under the influence of many factors,the number of patients with mental diseases is increasing year by year,and it has seriously affected people's production and life.Director Liu Xinfa,who has been practicing medicine for more than 30 years,believes that mental illnesses in Chinese medicine belong to“epilepsy,depression,dementia,insomnia,palpitation”and so on.The onset of the disease is mostly related to the strength of innate endowment,seven emotions and internal injuries,which are inseparable from pathological factors such as Qi,fire,phlegm,silt and deficiency.The treatment is careful to observe the four diagnostic methods,and is good at identifying the evidence and using the right medicines.We summarise and analyse the medication pairs commonly used by Director Liu Xinfa in treating mental diseases,and explore the law of medication for the benefit of our colleagues.
