喻京生从“风、热、毒、湿、瘀”论治细菌性角膜炎经验

摘　　要：细菌性角膜炎是眼科危急症,可归属于中医“凝脂翳”的范畴。喻京生教授认为该病主要与“风、热、毒、湿、瘀”相关,五种邪气可互结致病,而“瘀”始终贯穿全病程。喻教授通过对大量临床经验的归纳总结,临证时将该病主要分为风热夹瘀证、热毒瘀结证和湿热瘀阻证,治以活血化瘀、疏风散热、解毒利湿、明目退翳,充分体现了中医急则治其标、同病异治的特色,为凝脂翳的治疗提供了新启发。Bacterial keratitis is a critical disease in ophthalmology,Yu Jingsheng believes that this disease is mainly related to“wind,heat,poison,dampness,stasis”,five kinds of evils can be intertwined with each other to cause the disease,and“stasis”is always throughout the whole course of the disease.After a lot of clinical practice and summarization,Yu Jingsheng classified the disease into wind-heat with stasis,heat-poison stasis and damp-heat stasis obstruction.The treatment is to activate blood circulation and remove blood stasis,disperse wind and heat,detoxify and relieve dampness,and brighten the eyes to eliminate cataract,which fully reflects the characteristics of Chinese medicine of treating the symptoms when there is an emergency and treating different diseases with the same disease,and it provides a new inspiration for the treatment of curdled cataract.
