摘　　要：孙世竹主任中医师认为血管性痴呆的基本病机为脾肾亏虚为本,痰瘀互结为标,治疗以“健脾补肾、豁痰化瘀”为主,兼顾饮食失宜、七情内伤、劳逸失度,给予患者全面指导,并将“治未病”思想贯穿始终,坚持调态、靶方、靶药三位一体。临床自拟“补肾益智汤”为基础方,态靶辨治、随症加减,帮助大脑恢复正常认知功能,疗效显著。介绍孙世竹主任中医师治疗血管性痴呆临证经验,为临床治疗该病提供参考。Chief Physician Sun Shizhu believes that the basic pathogenesis of vascular dementia is spleen and kidney deficiency as the root,and phlegm and blood stasis as the standard.The treatment is based on“invigorating spleen and tonifying kidney,clearing phlegm and removing blood stasis”,taking into consideration the improper diet,internal injury of seven feelings,and imbalance of activity and rest,giving patients comprehensive guidance,and running through the thought of“preventive treatment”,insisting on the trinity of regulating state,target prescription and target drug.The clinical self-made“Bushen Yizhi decoction”is based on the treatment of state and target,as well as the addition and reduction of the symptoms,which can help the brain restore normal cognitive function.The curative effect is significant.The clinical experience of director Sun Shizhu in treating vascular dementia is introduced,to provide a reference for clinical treatment of the disease.
