摘　　要：引火汤为阴虚阳浮代表方,四逆汤为阳虚火浮代表方,引火汤与四逆汤为引火归元思路之两端,执两用中,可将潜阳丹、封髓丹、通脉四逆汤、金匮肾气丸、桂枝加龙骨牡蛎汤等方剂系统纳入引火归元思维中,犹如穿针引线,极大方便临床方药的选择。黄艳辉教授常使用引火归元思路治疗妇科疾病,颇有疗效,总结黄艳辉教授临证引火归元思路经验,并结合临床验案探析引火归元在失眠中的应用经验。Yinhuo Decoction is the representative prescription of yin deficiency and yang float,and Sini decoction is the representative prescription of Yang deficiency and fire float.Yinhuo Decoction and Sini decoction are the two ends of“Return Fire to Origin”,holding the two and using the middle,Qianyang Dan,Fengsui Dan,Tongmai Sini decoction,Jinkui Shenqi Pill,Guizhi Longgu Oyster Decoction and other prescription systems can be incorporated into the thought of“Return Fire to Origin”.It is like piercing the needle and thread,connecting the scattered pearls in series,which is very convenient for the choice of clinical prescription.Professor Huang Yanhui often uses the idea of“Return Fire to Origin”in treating gynecological diseases and is quite effective.This paper summarizes Professor Huang Yanhui's experience in the thought of“Return Fire to Origin”,and analyzes the application experience of“Return Fire to Origin”in insomnia combined with clinical experience.
