葛氏掌针法治疗急性腰扭伤验案一则

摘　　要：急性腰扭伤是指腰部肌肉、韧带等软组织由于活动不当所导致的急性损伤,主要表现为腰部剧烈疼痛、腰部僵硬、活动不利等,严重者可致卧床不起,病机是气滞血瘀、经络不通或肾精亏虚、腰府不荣。葛氏掌针法为葛钦甫所创,以手掌为八卦,于掌中布卦针刺,对于急性腰扭伤的治疗具有较好疗效。刘美荣教授长期从事针灸临床工作,对于急性腰扭伤治疗有丰富的临床经验。通过介绍刘教授运用葛氏掌针法治疗急性腰扭伤的经验,论述急性腰扭伤的病因病机、葛氏掌针法选穴思路及注意事项,并举医案一则,以供同道参考。Acute lumbar sprain refers to the acute injury of soft tissues such as muscles and ligaments of the waist caused by improper activity.It is mainly manifested as severe pain,stiffness,and adverse activity.In severe cases,it can lead to bed rest.The pathogenesis is Qi stagnation and blood stasis,meridian obstruction or deficiency of kidney essence,and waist mansion is not prosperous.Ge's palm acupuncture method was founded by Ge Qinfu,which uses the palm as the eight trigrams and acupuncture the trigrams in the middle palm.It has a strong effect on the treatment of acute lumbar sprain.Professor Liu Meirong has been engaged in clinical work of acupuncture and moxibustion for a long time,and has accumulated rich clinical experience in the treatment of acute lumbar sprain with Ge's palm acupuncture.This article introduces Professor Liu Meirong's experience in the treatment of acute lumbar sprain with Ge's palm acupuncture method,discusses the etiology and pathogenesis of acute lumbar sprain,the idea of acupoint selection and precautions of Ge's palm acupuncture,and gives a medical case for the reference of colleagues.
