杜建教授基于“标本虚实”理论分期辨治癌病经验

摘　　要：癌病具有热、毒、痰、瘀、虚等特点,本虚标实贯穿疾病始终。杜建教授治疗癌病经验独到,认为正气亏虚是癌病发生的基础,癌毒是导致癌病发生发展的重要因素。治疗上宜把握邪正关系,在顾护脾胃的前提下,灵活使用温阳、益气、养阴、补血、疏肝、行气、化湿、清热、活血、散结等治法,同时加强患者健康宣教,调畅情志,从而提高患者生存质量。临床选用扶正清解方加减治疗癌病疗效显著,并附典型医案一则以佐证,为癌病治疗提供新思路。Cancer has characteristics such as heat,toxicity,phlegm,blood stasis,and deficiency,and the deficiency of the essence and the excess run through the entire disease.Professor Du Jian has unique experience in the treatment of cancer,believing that deficiency of vital energy is the basis for the occurrence of cancer,and cancer toxin is an important factor leading to the development of this disease.In terms of treatment,it is advisable to grasp the relationship between evil and righteousness,and flexibly use methods such as warming yang,tonifying Qi,nourishing Yin,supplementing blood,soothing liver,promoting Qi,dispelling dampness,clearing heat,promoting blood circulation,and dispersing nodules while taking care of the spleen and stomach.At the same time,strengthen patient health education,regulate emotions,and improve patient quality of life.The clinical use of modified Fuzheng Qingjie Formula has significant therapeutic effects on cancer,and a typical medical case is attached as evidence,providing new ideas for the treatment of cancer.
