乌梅丸加减治疗痤疮、郁证临床应用探析

摘　　要：一方治百病。《黄帝内经》指出:“阴阳者,万物之根本也。”乌梅丸为《伤寒论》中厥阴病之主方,主治蛔厥及久利。厥阴者,阴尽而阳生。阳气有余便可化热,阳气不足便是寒,阴阳进退,常表现为寒热错杂证。临床上常有痤疮及抑郁症患者表现为寒热错杂证,可运用乌梅丸进行治疗。探讨运用乌梅丸加味治疗痤疮、抑郁症的机制,附临床验案印证,归纳使用乌梅丸可能出现的副作用及其加减变化规律。One prescription can cure many diseases.Huangdi Neijing points out:“Yin and Yang,the root of all things”.Wumei pill is the main prescription for Jueyin disease in the Treatise on Cold Pathogenic Diseases,which mainly treats ascariasis and chronic diarrhea.The position of Jueyin means that the end of Yin is Yang.There is more than enough yang to turn heat,and the lack of yang is cold.Advancement and retreatment of Yin and Yang,which manifested as simultaneous occurrence of cold and heat syndromes.Clinically,acne and depression patients have simultaneous occurrences of cold and heat syndromes,which can be treated with the Wumei pill.To explore the mechanism of the Wumei pill in the treatment of acne and depression,and to summarize the possible side effects and the changes of the Wumei pill.
