摘　　要：五运六气失序,气机升降失调,人因生活在天地气交之中,受其影响,可化生五郁。原发免疫性血小板减少症是临床常见血液系统疾病,其中医病机以本虚标实为特点,以《内经》中“木郁达之,火郁发之,土郁夺之,金郁泄之,水郁折之,然调其气”的五郁治疗原则为本论治ITP,察六气之害,顺五行本性之势而治,郁去则气自调,气机畅则郁自消,旨在使气血津液运行如常,五脏得安,对症切病而病无所藏。立足于中医理论,结合相关临床经验,期冀五郁理论为ITP的临床治疗提供新的思路。The five movements and six Qi are out of order,and the elevation of Qi is out of balance.As people live in the Qi exchange between heaven and earth,they are affected by it,which can lead to five types of stagnation.Primary immune thrombocytopenia is a common clinical blood system diseases,its traditional Chinese medical pathology is characterized by the deficiency of the root and the,to the Yellow Emperor's Classic of Internal Medicine in the“Wood is full of energy,fire is full of energy,earth is full of energy,metal is full of energy,water is full of energy,and its Qi is regulated”of the principle of the five depression treatment for the treatment of ITP.The treatment of ITP is based on the principle of“five types of stagnation”,which is to detect the harms of six Qi and treat them in accordance with the nature of the five elements,and to adjust the Qi if the stagnation is removed,and to eliminate the stagnation if the Qi is smooth,aiming to make the Qi,blood,and fluids run as usual,and to make the five organs comfortable,so as to prevent the disease and the illnesses from being stored in the right place.Based on Chinese medicine theory,combined with relevant clinical experience,we hope that the theory of five types of stagnatiosions will provide new ideas for the clinical treatment of ITP.
