摘　　要：半夏泻心汤为辛开苦降之代表方,广泛应用于气机失调、寒热错杂病证的治疗。幽门螺杆菌(Hp)是一种常见病原体,与多种消化系统疾病有关。半夏泻心汤对Hp感染及相关疾病有良好的治疗效果,通过直接抑杀Hp、保护胃黏膜、调节肠道菌群、调节免疫功能等发挥作用;在临床应用方面,可提高Hp根除率、改善患者症状、减轻不良反应。综述半夏泻心汤治疗幽门螺杆菌感染的基础研究和临床应用,为临床治疗该病提供参考。Banxia Xiexin Decoction is a representative formula for acrid opening and bitter descending.It is widely used in the treatment of Qi movement disorder and cold and heat mixed disease syndrome.H.pylori(Hp)is a common pathogen associated with various digestive system diseases.Banxia Xiexin Decoction has a good therapeutic effect on Hp infection and related diseases,by directly inhibiting Hp,protecting gastric mucosa,regulating intestinal flora,and regulating immune function.In clinical application,it can improve the eradication rate of Hp,improve patient symptoms,and alleviate adverse reactions.Summarize the basic research and clinical application of Banxia Xiexin Decoction in the treatment of Helicobacter pylori infection,to provide a reference for clinical treatment of the disease.
