摘  要:岩黄连是我国民族药材之一,广泛应用于医药行业,有较长的使用历史。生物碱是岩黄连主要活性成分,具有清热解毒、消炎止痛、抗病毒、抗氧化、抗肝硬化及纤维化等多种药理活性作用。随着提取、分离技术的飞快发展,开发利用岩黄连的活性成分已成为近年的研究热点。通过梳理文献信息,综述岩黄连中生物碱的提取、分离与鉴定方法。目前,岩黄连生物碱的提取方法可归纳为乙醇提取法、盐酸-甲醇提取法、甲醇提取法和氯仿提取法,其中乙醇提取法、盐酸-甲醇提取法最为常用;分离方法包括色谱法、有机试剂萃取法、沉淀法、结晶法和树脂吸附法;鉴定方法有薄层色谱法及紫外光谱、红外光谱、质谱和核磁共振光谱等波谱法,但目前一些较为先进的提取、分离方法未见应用于岩黄连生物碱的生产。通过综述岩黄连生物碱提取与分离工艺研究进展,旨在为保护、研究与合理开发利用岩黄连药材提供参考依据。As a commonly used ethnic medicine in China,Corydalis Saxicola is widely used in the pharmaceutical industry and has a long history of use.Alkaloids,which are the main active ingredients of Corydalis Saxicola,possess a variety of pharmacological activities such as heat-clearing and detoxifying,anti-inflammatory and analgesic,anti-virus,anti-oxidation,anti-cirrhosis and anti-hepatic fibrosis.With the rapid development of extraction and separation technologies,the utilization of the active components of Corydalis Saxicola has become a research hotspot in recent years.By combing the literature information,the extraction,separation and identification methods of alkaloids in Corydalis Saxicola were reviewed.At present,the extraction methods of alkaloids from Corydalis Saxicola can be summarized as ethanol extraction method,hydrochloric acid-methanol extraction method,methanol extraction method and chloroform extraction method.Among them,ethanol extraction method and hydrochloric acid-methanol extraction method are the most commonly used ones.The separation methods can be classified as chromatography,organic reagent extraction,precipitation,crystallization and resin adsorption.The identification methods include thin layer chromatography,ultraviolet spectroscopy,infrared spectroscopy,mass spectrometry and nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy.However,some advanced extraction and separation methods have not been applied to the production of alkaloids from Corydalis Saxicola.This review aims to lay a foundation for the protection,scientific research and utilization of Corydalis Saxicola.
