摘　　要：交泰神志汤是李智杰教授基于气机升降理论及多年临床经验,结合古方“交泰丸”创制的自拟方,有调阴阳、畅气机、交心肾之功效,并注重调节患者情志变化。其不拘泥于原方,临证辨治灵活,对心肾不交所致的不寐、心悸、健忘等神志病用之有奇效。通过真实案例分析,探讨李教授应用交泰神志汤的辨治思想与组方特点,体会“异病同治”之精髓,以期为今后临床思辨提供参考。Jiaotai Shenzhi Decoction is a self-designed prescription created by Professor Li Zhijie based on the theory of ascending and descending of Qi movement and many years of clinical experience,combined with the ancient prescription Jiaotai pill.It regulates Yin and Yang,smoothing Qi movement and communicating heart and kidney,and pays attention to the adjustment of patients'emotional changes.It is not confined to the original formula,the clinical diagnosis and treatment are flexible,and it has a miraculous effect on insomnia,palpitations,forgetfulness,and other mental diseases caused by heart-kidney incompatibility.Through the analysis of real cases,the thoughts of treatment based on syndrome differentiation and the characteristics of the prescription composition of Professor Li's application to Jiaotai Shenzhi decoction are discussed,and experience the essence of“treating different diseases with the same therapy”,to provide a reference for future clinical speculation.
