摘　　要：功能性腹痛综合征(FAPS)是一种慢性疼痛疾病,该病具有反复且持续的特征,容易引发患者心理问题,出现全身不适感或焦虑抑郁等心理障碍,严重影响患者生活质量,给患者带来了极大困扰。扶阳派传承人刘布谷教授运用扶阳理论“阳主阴从”的核心思想,通过桂枝法随症加减,以宣导涤荡、拔阳助运,使阳气保持“通”的状态,取得较好疗效。Functional abdominal pain syndrome(FAPS)is a kind of chronic pain disease,which is characterized by recurrent persistence,and is prone to cause psychological problems and psychological disorders such as generalized discomfort or anxiety and depression,which affects the quality of life of the patients to a great extent and brings great distress to them.Professor Liu Bugu,the inheritor of the Fuyang School,applies the core idea of the Fuyang Theory,“Yang dominates Yin”,and uses Gui Zhi Method with the addition and subtraction of the symptom to promote and cleanse the Yang,pulling the Yang to help transport the Yang to keep the Yang in a state of“through”,and achieves better therapeutic effect.
