摘　　要：甲状腺功能亢进症是内分泌代谢性疾病中较常见和多发的疾病,随着现代社会工作和生活节奏的加快,其发生率也呈增长趋势。该病发病一般迁延难愈,严重影响患者的生活水平,还会造成严重社会负担。重庆市名中医徐健众教授对该病的治疗有深刻认识,徐教授在多年临证中将该病分为早期、中期、后期,还通过分季节(春夏秋冬)、分性别(男性重视肝火,女性不忘肝血)、分脏腑(肝,肝心,肝脾,肝脾肾)、分型(肝气郁滞,气阴两虚,脾肾亏虚)、分兼夹证(夹痰,夹瘀)等进行论治,临床常取得满意疗效。Hyperthyroidism is a common and high incidence disease of endocrine and metabolic diseases.With the acceleration of modern work and life pace,the incidence of the disease also shows an increasing trend.The disease does not heal for a long time which seriously affects the living standard of patients,and also produces negative pressure to the society.The professor Xu Jianzhong who are the Famous TCM doctor of Chongqing has a deep understanding of the treatment of the disease.In the clinical for many years,He often divided the disease into different stages(early,middle,late),season(spring,summer,autumn and winter),gender(men attaches great importance to the liver fire,women don't forget the liver blood),the viscera(In the liver,in the liver and heart,in the liver and spleen,in the liver,spleen and kidney),typing(liver Qi stagnation,Qi Yin deficiency,spleen and kidney deficiency),and the concomitant symptoms(phlegm,stasis)to treat.In this way,he can often achieve good clinical results.
