新安医家王任之论治不寐经验探析

摘　　要：新安医家王任之治疗不寐经验丰富,遣方用药具有特色。王任之认为不寐与心关系密切,同时与肝、肾、脾胃密切相关。治疗上多从心肝、心肾、心脾出发,注重疏肝养心安神,交通心肾,补益心脾,并适当安胃。临证善用药对,疗效显著。通过总结《王任之医案》中王任之对不寐的论治,试分析王任之治疗不寐的经验,并举验案三则。Xin'an physician Wang Renzhi has rich experience in the treatment of insomnia,and the prescription medicine is distinctive.Wang Renzhi believes that insomnia is closely related to the heart,and at the same time is related to the liver,kidneys,spleen and stomach.In terms of treatment,the treatment mostly starts from the heart,liver,heart,kidney,and spleen,and pays attention to soothing the liver and nourishing the heart and soothing the nerves,communicating the heart and kidneys,nourishing the heart and spleen,and properly calming the stomach.The clinical syndrome is good at using the right medicine,and the effect is remarkable.This paper summarizes Wang Renzhi's treatment of insomnia in Wang Renzhi's Medical Case,tries to analyze Wang Renzhi's experience in the treatment of insomnia,and cites three cases.
