摘  要:目的:运用数据挖掘的方法,探究补肾健骨汤方药组成及剂量规律,为临床用药提供参考。方法:从中国知网、万方、重庆维普、CBM(中国生物医学文献数据库)等中文数据库检索相关文献,检索时限为从建库开始至2023年12月16日,用Rapid Miner 8.1软件对文献进行数据挖掘。结果:共纳入89篇文献,实验设置聚类数目为3类,可发现第1类用药剂量较为峻猛,强调以补为主,多重用葛根;第2和第3类,用药趋向平和,第2类强调活血,血行则痹除,第3类较为均衡,配以较多祛风湿药。结论:补肾健骨汤存在多种治疗思想的融合,在组方和剂量方面均有体现,可为后续学者提供参考。Objective:Using data mining method to explore the composition and dosing patterns of the traditional Chinese prescription Bushen Jiangu Decoction for the purpose of providing reference for clinical medication.Methods:Retrieving relevant literature from Chinese databases such as CNKI,WanFang,VIP and CBM(China Biomedical Literature Database),with a retrieval time limit from the establishment of the database to December 16,2023.Using the Rapid Miner 8.1 software to conduct data mining on these documents.Results:89 qualified documents were included in this study.The experiment set the number of clusters to 3.It was found that the first cluster had a relatively strong dosage,emphasizing mainly on tonification,with multiple uses of Gegen;the second and third clusters had a relatively gentle dosage,with the second cluster emphasizing activating blood circulation,and the third cluster being relatively balanced,with more herbs used for dispelling wind and dampness.Conclusion:The Bushen Jiangu Decoction embodies a fusion of multiple therapeutic ideas,which are reflected in both its composition and dosage,and can serve as a reference for subsequent scholars.
