基于《新编国家中成药》治疗功能性消化不良的组方规律探析

摘　　要：目的:探析《新编国家中成药》中关于治疗功能性消化不良的组方规律。方法:遴选并整理《新编国家中成药》所载的关于治疗功能性消化不良的中成药处方,根据纳入标准和排除标准进行中成药筛选后并提取方药信息,运用Excel 2017、SPSS Modeler 18.0和SPSS Statistics 27.0对符合标准的中成药处方进行频次统计、关联规则分析、聚类分析。结果:共纳入处方266首,根据纳入标准和排除标准最后得到187首处方,涉及中药292味,累计使用频次2064次。其中,使用频次≥15次的中药共35味,累计频次1292次(62.60%),中药功效分类以补虚药、消食药和理气药为主,四气以温性为主;五味以甘、辛和苦味为主;归经以脾经、胃经和肝经为主;经关联规则分析,得到5组药对关联规则和25组3味药组合关联规则;聚类分析可分为8类。结论:治疗功能性消化不良以理气消食健脾为主,经数据挖掘技术对中成药治疗功能性消化不良的组方规律进行分析,可为临床用药及中成药的研发提供参考。Objective:Investigate the formulae pattern of the treatment of functional dyspepsia in the New Compilation of National Prepared Chinese Medicines.Methods:The prescriptions of Chinese patent medicines for the treatment of functional dyspepsia contained in the New Compilation of National Prepared Chinese Medicines were selected and collated,and the prescription information was extracted after screening the Chinese patent medicines according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria,association rule analysis and cluster analysis.,Frequency statistics,association rule analysis,cluster analysis of prescriptions meeting the criteria using Excel 2017,SPSS Modeler 18.0 and SPSS Statistics 27.0.Results:266 prescriptions were included,and 187 prescriptions involving 292,Chinese medicines were finally obtained according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria,with a cumulative frequency of use of 2064 times.Among them,35 herbal medicines were used≥15 times,with a cumulative frequency of 1292 times(62.60%).The efficacy of herbal medicines was mainly classified as tonic for deficiency,eliminating food and rationalizing Qi,and the four Qi were mainly warm;the five tastes were mainly sweet,pungent and bitter;and the attributive meridians were mainly spleen,stomach and liver meridians.After analyzing the association rules,which resulted in 5 sets of association rules for pairs of medicines and 25 sets of association rules for combinations of 3 flavors.And eight classes could be clustered by cluster analysis.Conclusion:The treatment of functional dyspepsia is mainly based on the treatment of Qi,eliminating food and strengthening the spleen,and the analysis of the combination rules of proprietary Chinese medicines for the treatment of functional dyspepsia by data mining technology can provide reference for clinical use and research and development of proprietary Chinese medicines.
