基于升清降浊理论探讨芳香药在内障眼病中的应用

摘　　要：升清降浊理论是中医学中重要的分支理论,常用于指导疾病病因病机的辨识和疾病的辨证论治。内障眼病为发生于眼内组织的疾病,清阳不升是发病的基础,浊阴不降或上逆是发病的重要条件。芳香药特性芳香,药性多性温、热,味辛、苦,具有芳香化湿、芳香开窍、温阳助阳升阳、理气化瘀降浊等药效,可以通过温脏兴阳、升清明目、醒脾健胃、芳香化浊、疏肝解郁、理气开窍、活血化瘀、通络降浊、用为风药、引药上目等作用形式调节气机升降,协助内障眼病的治疗。临床应用时,需注意合理配伍和适量使用芳香药物,以期在内障眼病的治疗中实现最大收益。The theory of ascending lucid and descending turbid is an important branch of Traditional Chinese Medicine,commonly used to guide the identification of disease etiology and pathogenesis,as well as the dialectical treatment.Intraocular diseases are the disorders that occur within the inner tissues of eye,with the failure of lucid Yang to ascend being the fundamental cause for their occurrence,and the failure of turbid Yin to descend or its upward reversal being a crucial condition for their development.Aromatic medicines,characterized by their distinctive fragrance,are often warm or hot in medicine property and pungent or bitter in medicine flavor.They possess medicinal effects such as resolving dampness with fragrance,opening orifices by fragrance,warming and assisting Yang to ascend Yang,and regulating Qi and resolving stasis to descend turbidity.They can regulate Qiji and promote its balanced ascent and descent aiding in the treatment of intraocular disorders through actions like warming the viscera and invigorating Yang to improve vision,stimulating the spleen and stomach to clear turbidity with fragrance,alleviating liver stagnation and unblocking sensory orifices,enhancing blood circulation to diminish stasis and turbidity,and lever aging thearomatic propertiestodirec to the rtherapeutic agents to the eyes.In clinical practice,it is crucial to consider the appropriate combination and dosage of aromatic medicines to maximize their therapeutic efficacy in the treatment of intraocular diseases.
