疮愈膏有效成分促愈肛痈创面作用机制探讨

摘　　要：肛周位置特殊,肛痈术后创面易受感染致愈合缓慢。疮愈膏为河南中医药大学第三附属医院自拟方,基于煨脓生肌理论,以缓解创面疼痛、加速创面愈合为治疗目的,合理配伍而成。经多次临床试验发现,疮愈膏治疗肛周脓肿术后创面疗效显著,其主要有效成分以氨基酸类及多肽类、甾体类及脂肪酸类、黄酮类及酚酸类、萜类以及酚类化合物为主,具有抗炎镇痛、抗氧化应激损伤及免疫调节、促进创面愈合等作用。通过总结疮愈膏药物有效成分,探讨其促愈机制,分析现存问题,以期为治疗肛周脓肿术后创面拓宽临床思路。The position around the anus is special,and the wound is susceptible to infection and slow healing after anal surgery.The sore healing ointment is a self-made prescription in the hospital.Based on the theory of simmering pus muscle,it is reasonably matched for the purpose of relieving wound pain and accelerating wound healing.And many clinical trials have found that sore healing ointment has a significant effect on the treatment of postoperative wounds of perianal abscess.Its main effective ingredients are amino acids and polypeptides,steroids and fatty acids,flavonoids and phenolic acids,terpenoids and phenolic compounds.It has anti-inflammatory analgesia,antioxidant stress injury and immune regulation,and promotes wound healing.Wait for the role.By summarizing the effective ingredients of sore healing ointment drugs,discussing their healing promotion mechanism,and analyzing existing problems,in order to broaden clinical ideas for the treatment of postoperative wounds of perianal abscess.
