摘　　要：克罗恩病肛瘘手术创面由于原发病的影响,其愈合速度较正常人慢,甚至迁延难愈,导致患者生活质量严重降低,中医药促进克罗恩病肛瘘术后创面愈合优势独特,近年来不断得到了医学界的认可。因此,归纳检索近年来相关文献,总结中医药促进克罗恩病肛瘘术后创面愈合的研究成果,以期为该病的临床诊疗提供参考。Due to the influence of the primary disease,the wound healing rate of Crohn's disease anal fistula surgery is slower than that of normal people,and even delayed and difficult to heal,resulting in a serious reduction in the quality of life of patients.Traditional Chinese medicine has a unique advantage in the treatment of wound healing after Crohn's disease anal fistula surgery.In recent years,it has been recognized by the medical community.Therefore,this article summarizes and retrieves relevant literature in recent years,summarizes the research results of traditional Chinese medicine on wound healing after anal fistula surgery for Crohn's disease,in order to provide reference for the clinical diagnosis and treatment of the disease.
