摘　　要：糖尿病相关的足溃疡(DFU)是糖尿病最严重的并发症之一。DFU难愈合、复发率高,且产生相当大的医疗成本,严重影响患者的生活质量。DFU的干预与管理一直是临床上一大难题,除清创术、抗感染等常规治疗外,近年来关于DFU新的临床干预措施被广泛应用,如皮肤替代物、生长因子疗法、负压伤口治疗、氧疗、减压治疗等,这些干预措施为DFU患者带来了新的治疗机会。本文总结了DFU的病理生理、一般治疗、辅助干预措施等3个方面的内容以及2023年的相关研究情况。Objective:Diabetes-related foot ulcer(DFU)is one of the most serious complications of diabetes.DFU is difficult to heal,have a high recurrence rate,and produce considerable medical costs,which will seriously affect the quality of life of patients.However,the intervention and management of DFU has always been a major clinical problem.In addition to conventional treatments such as debridement and anti-infection,new clinical interventions on DFU have been widely used in recent years,such as bioengineered skin substitutes,growth factor therapy,negative pressure wound therapy,skin substitutes and hyperbaric oxygen therapy,etc.These interventions bring new treatment opportunities for DFU patients.This article summarizes the research progress from three aspects:pathophysiology,general treatment and auxiliary intervention measures of DFU and the relevant research situation in 2023.
