摘 要:介绍了一种单组分聚氨酯汽车风挡胶。围绕风挡胶的成分和特性,结合风挡和车身对黏接力、密封等功能的要求,探究风挡在制造过程中的滑移问题。通过对制造过程中风挡滑移尺寸的数值记录及防滑垫块的位置布置,确定导致风挡滑移的主要影响因素。在此研究基础上总结适用于不同开发条件的风挡防滑设计方法,包括造型特征、风挡和车身防滑垫块位置布置、钣金结构设计、风挡胶固化特性等方面,汇总成指导风挡防滑设计的方法和开发流程,用于指导优化前期设计。A monocomponent polyurethane automotive windshield adhesive is introduced, focusing on the composition and characteristics of thewindshield adhesive, combined with the functional requirements of adhesion and sealing of the windshield and vehicle body, to explore the slip issues ofthe windshield in manufacturing. By recording the numerical values of the sliding size of the windshield during manufacturing and arranging the positionof the anti slip pad, the main influencing factors causing sliding are determined. On the basis of this research, the windshield anti-skid design methodssuitable for different development conditions are summarized, including the styling features, the position arrangement of windshield and body anti-skidpads, the sheet metal structure design, and the curing performance of windshield adhesive, etc., which are summarized into methods and developmentprocesses to guide the windshield anti-skid design, which are used to guide the optimization of the early design.
