摘　　要：铝压铸件是汽车关键零部件,其产品质量对汽车行驶安全有较大影响,工业CT是目前铝压铸件质量的最佳无损检测和评估手段。介绍了工业CT检测技术,并采用450 kV工业CT,依据铝压铸件工业CT检测方法标准,对电机壳体、支架、缸体等铝压铸件产品进行检测,展示了内部孔类缺陷、体积孔隙率、内部尺寸、比对分析等质量检测应用案例。旨在为国内铝压铸件生产企业、第三方实验室的一线无损检测人员提供参考,使他们可以更好地应用工业CT检测技术为汽车用铝压铸件质量保驾护航。Aluminum die casting is a key part of automobile, and its product quality has a great impact on vehicle driving safety. IndustrialCT is the best nondestructive testing and evaluation method for aluminum die casting quality at present. The industrial CT detection technology wasintroduced, and 450 kV industrial CT was used to detect aluminum die casting products such as motor housings, brackets, and cylinder blocks accordingto the industrial CT detection method standards for aluminum die castings, and the quality inspection application cases such as internal pore defects,volume porosity, internal dimensions, and comparison analysis were displayed. The purpose is to provide reference for domestic aluminum die castingproduction enterprises and third-party laboratory first-line nondestructive testing personnel, enable them to better application of industrial CT detectiontechnology, and escort the quality of automotive aluminum die casting.
