摘 要:为了准确、高效地识别汽车异响源,提出了一种基于互相关性分析的异响源识别方法。此方法通过对采集的异响噪声信号和怀疑的零部件振动信号进行互相关性分析,根据分析结果判断异响源。首先介绍了互相关性分析的理论基础,然后通过某车型底盘异响异响和某车型变速器异响两个案例,介绍了互相关性分析在工程中的实际应用。结果表明,互相关性分析是一种有效识别异响源的方法。In order to accurately and efficiently identify buzz, squeak and rattle (BSR);sources of vehicle, a method based on cross-correlationanalysis was proposed. This method analyzes the cross-correlation between the collected sound signal and the vibration signal of the suspectedcomponent, and determines the source of the abnormal sound according to the analysis results. First, introducing the theoretical basis of crosscorrelationanalysis. And then, introducing the practical application of cross-correlation analysis in engineering through two cases of squeak and rattleof active stabilizer bar and transmission. The results show that cross-correlation analysis is an effective method to identify BSR sources.
