肛门会阴隔物灸法治疗混合痔术后并发症临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察肛门会阴隔物灸法治疗混合痔术后患者的临床疗效。方法:选取2022年9月-2023年9月某院收治的60例行混合痔手术患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组各30例。两组术后均每日进行常规换药,观察组在此基础上加用隔物灸贴,均治疗14 d。分别于术后3、7、14 d比较两组患者术后创面疼痛、水肿、出血、创面肉芽组织生长情况量化评分。结果:与治疗3 d时相比,两组治疗7、14 d时疼痛、水肿、出血、肉芽组织生长评分均明显降低(P<0.05);与对照组相比,观察组术后3、7 d的出血程度更轻,术后7、14 d的创面疼痛、水肿程度更轻,创面肉芽生长情况更好,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:混合痔术后患者采用肛门会阴隔物灸法治疗可改善肛周血液循环、缓解肛门括约肌痉挛,有效减轻术后疼痛、创面水肿等并发症,疗效显著。Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of anal perineal compartment moxibustion in treating postoperative patients with mixed hemorrhoids.Methods:60 cases of mixed hemorrhoid surgery patients admitted to the Third Hospital Affiliated to Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from September 2022 to September 2023 were selected as study subjects,and were divided into 30 cases each in the control group and the observation group according to the method of randomized numerical table.Both groups underwent daily routine dressing changes after surgery,and the observation group added spacer moxibustion patches on this basis,both of which were treated for 14 days.The quantitative scores of postoperative traumatic pain,edema,bleeding,and traumatic granulation tissue growth were compared between the two groups at 3d,7d,and 14d postoperatively,respectively.Results:Compared with the treatment at 3d,the pain,edema,bleeding,and granulation tissue growth scores of the two groups were significantly lower at 7d and 14d of treatment(P<0.05);compared with the control group,the observation group had less bleeding at 3d and 7d postoperatively,and less traumatic pain,less edema,and better traumatic granulation growth at 7d and 14d postoperatively,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:The use of anal perineal spacer moxibustion in postoperative patients with mixed hemorrhoids can improve perianal blood circulation,relieve anal sphincter spasm,effectively reduce postoperative pain,traumatic oedema and other complications,with remarkable efficacy,and improve the quality of life of patients.
