摘　　要：阳痿是男性最常见的性功能疾病之一,陈以国教授认为阳痿病机不止责于肾,而与心、肝、脾、肺关系同样密切,在临床治疗过程中运用腹部建里、关元及左右天枢组成“四相调气”针方。从运转五脏气机角度同调五脏生理功能,并根据主要病变脏腑配合大椎、水道等经验效穴,同时倡导针药结合疗法,四诊合参,辨证用药,平衡阴阳,并附医案一则,佐以验证。Erectile dysfunction(ED)is one of the most common sexual dysfunctions in contemporary males.Professor Chen Yiguo believes that the pathogenesis of ED is not solely attributed to the kidneys,but also closely related to the functions of the heart,liver,spleen,and lungs.In clinical treatment,a combination of abdominal Jianli,Guanyuan,and bilateral Tianshu points is employed to compose the“Four-Phase Qi Regulation”acupuncture formula.This approach aims to regulate the physiological functions of the five viscera from the perspective of Qi circulation,and to select additional empirical points such as Dazhui and Shuidao based on the primary pathological viscera.Additionally,advocating the integration of acupuncture and medication,employing the four diagnostic methods to discern patterns and prescribe appropriate medications to balance Yin and Yang,with a clinical case provided for validation.
