摘　　要：刘铁军教授从事中医临床工作40余年,妙用经典,屡起沉疴。治疗呃逆需究其病机,查其寒热虚实,整理总结刘铁军教授运用竹叶石膏汤合沉香化滞丸、旋覆代赭汤合枳实导滞丸、四磨饮子合清胃散及理中丸治疗呃逆医案四则,探讨刘教授经方辨证组合治疗呃逆的临床经验,为临床提供参考。Professor Liu Tiejun,has been in clinical work of traditional Chinese medicine for over 40 years.He has used classics skillfully and cured many serious illnesses.The treatment of hiccups requires the investigation of its pathogenesis and the investigation of its cold or heat,deficiency or excess.Collation and summary four medical cases of Professor Liu Tiejun using Zhuye Shigao decoction combined with Chenxiang Huazhi Pills,Xuanfu Daizhe decoction combined with Zhishi Daozhi pills,Simoyinzi combined with Qingwei powder and Lizhong pills to treat hiccups,to explores his clinical experience in treating hiccups with classic prescriptions based on syndrome differentiation and combination,to provide a reference for clinical practice.
