伍大华教授治疗新型冠状病毒感染诱发重症肌无力危象经验

摘　　要：新型冠状病毒感染所诱发重症肌无力危象(MGC)具有病情重、病程长、治疗难度大等特点。现代医学治疗费用较高,治疗周期长,患者生存率低。伍大华教授在现代医学治疗基础上,以“瘟邪外袭、大气下陷”为基本病机,治以扶正祛邪、健脾升陷,配合中医特色理疗——脐灸,疗效颇佳。整理验案一则,为中医药治疗新型冠状病毒感染诱发MGC提供理论与方药经验指导。Myasthenia gravis crisis(MGC)induced by COVID-19 infection is characterized by severe disease,long duration,and difficult treatment.Western medical treatment is expensive,the treatment period is long,and the survival rate of patients is low.Professor Wu Dahua,on the basis of Western medical treatment,Chinese medicine to“plague evil external attack,the atmosphere subsidence”as the basic mechanism,treatment to support the positive and eliminate evil,strengthen the spleen to rise subsidence,with Chinese medicine characteristics of physical therapy,navel moxibustion,the therapeutic effect is quite good.A case is organized to provide theoretical and prescription experience guidance for the treatment of MGC induced by COVID-19 infection with traditional Chinese medicine.
