摘　　要：难治性肾病综合征(Refractory nephrotic syndrome,RNS)病机复杂、病程冗长,预后不佳。近年来中医药在提高RNS疗效,减轻激素和免疫抑制剂的不良反应方面取得了一定的成效。赵菁莉教授认为RNS发病与脏腑不和、三焦不利、络脉不通有关,临床需分期诊疗,标本同治,疏利少阳三焦,重视络脉在该病发生发展中的作用,以通为用,着重使用虫藤类药物配伍治疗,疗效显著。总结赵菁莉教授中医治疗RNS思路,并附验案一则,以期为临床诊疗该病提供新的思路和方法。Refractory nephrotic syndrome(RNS)has a complex pathogenesis,lengthy course,and poor prognosis.In recent years,traditional Chinese medicine has achieved certain results in improving the efficacy of RNS and reducing the adverse reactions of hormones and immunosuppressants.Professor Zhao Jingli believes that the onset of RNS is related to disharmony between the organs,unfavorable conditions of the three burners,and blocked meridians.Clinical diagnosis and treatment should be staged,with the same treatment for the specimen and the three burners of Shaoyang and Shaoyang.The role of meridians in the occurrence and development of the disease should be emphasized,with a focus on the use of combination therapy with insect and vine drugs,resulting in significant therapeutic effects.Summarize Professor Zhao Jingli's approach to traditional Chinese medicine treatment of RNS and provide a case study to provide new methods and ideas for clinical diagnosis and treatment of the disease.
