珠子参历史沿革及民族习用考证

摘　　要：珠子参是西南地区民族常用药,亦是珍稀濒危药材。历代本草对珠子参的记载较为简略,且存在同名异物的现象,易造成市场混乱。通过对古代本草及现代书籍梳理,对珠子参名称、产地、基原、炮制加工及功效等进行考证。结果发现,珠子参别名多以形态及产地命名,现多分布于我国西南地区,珠子参有两个来源,且二者在《中华人民共和国药典》2020版等大部分药材标准中均作为竹节参的变种处理,产地加工及炮制方法在各地炮制规范中差异不明显,珠子参以补血活血、补气以及清热止痛的功效较为突出。Panacis Majoris Rhizoma,a commonly used traditional medicine among ethnic groups in the southwestern region of China,is also a rare and endangered medicinal material.The historical records of Panacis Majoris Rhizoma in ancient herbal texts are relatively brief,and there is a phenomenon of homonymous different substances,which easily leads to market confusion.Through the analysis of ancient herbal texts and modern literature,the name,origin,source,processing methods,and efficacy of Panacis Majoris Rhizoma are elucidated.The results show that Panacis Majoris Rhizoma is often named based on its appearance and place of origin,with its distribution primarily in the southwestern region of China.It has two primary sources,both of which are treated as variations of Panacis Japonici Rhizoma in most standards such as the Chinese Pharmacopoeia(2020 edition).The processing and preparation methods vary slightly across different regions,while Panacis Majoris Rhizoma is noted for its effects in blood circulation,Qi replenishment,heat-clearing,and pain relief.
