蟾酥的炮制及毒性研究进展

摘　　要：蟾酥是蟾蜍科动物中华大蟾蜍或黑眶蟾蜍耳后腺和背部皮肤腺的干燥分泌物,是一种传统的重要名贵中药。其具有解毒、止痛、开窍醒神的功效,临床应用广泛。在《中华人民共和国药典》2020版中蟾酥属于有毒一类,其生品药性峻猛,且质地坚硬,而炮制后有利于粉碎且能降低毒性,以便安全入药。对蟾酥的毒性物质、炮制方法、减毒原理、临床不良反应及心脏毒性机制等方面进行综述,以期进一步为蟾酥的炮制及现代研究提供理论参考。Bufonis Venenum is the dried secretion of the posterior ear gland and dorsal skin gland of Bufo gargarizans Cantor or Bufo melanostictus Schneider,which is a valuable traditional Chinese medicine importantly.And it has the efficacy of detoxification,pain relief and resuscitation,with a wide range of clinical applications.Bufonis Venenum is toxic in Chinese Pharmacopoeia 2020 Edition.In addition,it is very hard.However,it is easy to be crushed and reduced toxicity after processing,which makes it safe for clinical use.The paper reviews toxic substances,processing methods,principle of toxicity reduction,clinical adverse reactions and cardiac toxicity mechanism of Bufonis Venenum,providing references for processing and modern research.
