心包形态功能与主要病证之考辨

摘　　要：心包作为“第六脏”,历史上言而未明,有进一步挖掘发展的必要。从心包立论,纵论古今文献,总结得出,在形态上心包居于膻中,由外之经脉与里之膜络共同组成,具有代心受邪,代心用事,内寄相火的功能,心包为病,经脉层次多为热病,膜络层次多为神志异常。Heart-sac is the“sixth zang”,there is a view in history that is unclear,and it is necessary to explore further and develop it.Based on the theory of the Heart-sac and the literature of ancient and modern times,it is concluded that the Heart-sac is in the Danzhong form,composed of the outer meridians and the membrane and collaterals in the inside,which has the function of feeling evil qi instead of the heart,controlling affairs based on the heart,and storage of Xiang-fire.The membrane and collateral layers were mostly abnormal in mind.
