摘　　要：汪绮石在《理虚元鉴》中提出的“治虚三本”理论,对虚劳的辨治进行了详尽总结,该理论强调肺、脾、肾三脏是虚劳的主要病位。肺是五脏之天,虚损关乎于肺;脾是百骸之母,气血化生之源;肾是生命之源,精气充盛之基础。这一理论对于辨治虚损病证有重要的指导作用。骨髓增生异常综合征(Myelodysplastic Syndromes,MDS)的病理基础为骨髓病态造血,初诊时多表现为贫血或出血或不明原因发热。中医学认为,该情况可归于“血枯”“血脱”“虚劳”“血证”等范畴,其主要病因是脾肾亏虚、气阴不足。在治疗方面可从补益肺、脾、肾入手,使正复邪自去、邪去正自安。Wang Qishi proposed the“Three Principles of Treating Deficiency”theory in his book Li Xu Yuan Jian,which provides a detailed summary of the diagnosis and treatment of deficiency fatigue.This theory emphasizes that the lungs,spleen,and kidneys are the main disease sites of deficiency fatigue.The lungs are the heaven of the five organs,and deficiency is related to the lungs;The spleen is the mother of all bones and the source of Qi and blood transformation;The kidney is the source of life and the foundation for the abundance of essence and qi.This theory has an important guiding role in the diagnosis and treatment of deficiency and damage diseases.The pathological basis of myelodysplastic syndromes(MDS)is pathological hematopoiesis in the bone marrow,which is often characterized by anemia,bleeding,or unexplained fever at the initial diagnosis.According to traditional Chinese medicine,this condition can be classified as“blood deficiency”“blood loss”“deficiency fatigue”“blood syndrome”,etc.Its main causes are spleen and kidney deficiency and insufficient qi and yin.In terms of treatment,we can start by nourishing the lungs,spleen,and kidneys,so that the positive and negative energy can be restored and eliminated,and the negative energy can be eliminated and the positive energy can be stabilized.
