中医针灸在日本的流派探析

摘　　要：针灸在日本演变为日式针灸,多元化流派共存是其显著特点。在阐述日式针灸流派现状的基础上,重点分析传统针灸派系的太极治疗派、经络治疗派、东洋针法治疗派、阴阳经络平衡治疗派的形成和学术特点,这些特点包括:在理论上,注重对原医典的临床验证与发挥;在理念上,重视治本,兼顾治标;在临床上,注重患者感受,精细化发展临床技艺。期望通过探究这些派系的特点,为推动中医针灸自身发展提供参考。Acupuncture has evolved into Japanese-style acupuncture in Japan,and features significant coexistence of diverse styles.This paper surveys the recent development of Japanese-style acupuncture,with a predominant focus on the formation and academic characteristics of different styles,including Sawada,Meridian Therapy,Toyohari,and Yin Yang Channel Balancing Therapy.By examining the characteristics of these styles,this investigation offers valuable insights for advancing the development of Chinese acupuncture.Firstly,in the realm of theory,it is crucial to prioritize the clinical validation and application of classical medical texts.Furthermore,from treatment philosophy,emphasis should be placed on treating the root cause while concurrently addressing the symptoms.Lastly,in clinical practice,special attention should be devoted to the patient's comfort level,thereby fostering the nuanced refinement of clinical skills.
