摘 要:目的:优化北苍术挥发油提取工艺并制备北苍术油纳米乳。方法:采用超声辅助水蒸气蒸馏法,以提取率为考察指标,设计正交试验优化提取工艺。采用自动乳化法制备纳米乳,伪三元相图确定Km值,以粒径、PDI和Zeta电位大小作为考察指标进行处方筛选,并进行质量评价。结果:北苍术挥发油最佳提取工艺为料液比1∶10,超声时间40 min,提取时间6 h,北苍术挥发油的提取率为2.70%。纳米乳最佳配方为3.60%挥发油,72.29%水,21.70%OP-10,2.41%异丙醇。纳米乳平均粒径为15.51 nm,PDI为0.134,Zeta电位为-11.71 mV。结论:挥发油提取工艺操作简单,可重复性高。北苍术油纳米乳制备工艺简单,提高了难溶性药物的溶解度,为北苍术资源的开发和利用提供理论依据。Objective:To optimize the extraction process of volatile oil from Atractylodes Chinensis and prepare the oil nanoemulsion.Methods:Ultrasonic-assisted steam distillation was used to optimize the extraction technology by orthogonal test with extraction rate as the index.Nanometer emulsion was prepared by automatic emulsification method,Km value was determined by pseudo-ternary phase diagram,and the prescription was screened by particle size,PDI and Zeta potential,and the quality was evaluated.Results:The optimal extraction process of essential oil was as follows:solid-liquid ratio 1:10,ultrasonic time 40min,extraction time 6h,the extraction rate of essential oil was 2.70%.The optimal formula of nanoemulsion was 3.60%volatile oil,72.29%water,21.70%OP-10,2.41%isopropyl alcohol.The average particle size of nanoemulsion is 15.51 nm,PDI0.134,and Zeta potential is-11.71mV.Conclusion:The extraction process of volatile oil is imple and reproducible.The preparation process of Atractylodes Chinensis oil nanoemulsion is simple,the solubility of insoluble drugs is improved,and the theoretical basis for the development and utilization of Atractylodes atractylodes resources is provided.
