摘 要:目的:通过对茅莓(Rubus parvifolius L.)的鉴别,为茅莓的开发利用,质量标准制定提供理论依据。方法:采用性状鉴定、显微鉴定、薄层色谱鉴定及分子鉴定进行研究,对空心组植物ITS序列进行分析。结果:茅莓根和茎均有草酸钙簇晶、草酸钙方晶和具缘纹孔导管;叶中有两种非腺毛,一种棒状腺毛。薄层色谱可以有效鉴别茅莓。内部转录间隔区(ITS)序列作为DNA条形码,可以将52种空心莓组植物区分,得到与传统分类不同的分组,遗传距离推测绒毛叶亚组和柔毛叶亚组可能为其他亚组的祖先。结论:该结果可为茅莓及其同组植物的进一步开发利用提供参考依据。Objective:To provide a theoretical basis for the development and utilization of Rubus parvifolius L.and the development of quality standards by identification.Methods:The methods of character identification,microscopic identification,TLC identification and molecular identification were used.The ITS sequence of Sect.Idaeobatus'plants was analyzed.Results:There are calcium oxalate clusters,calcium oxalate square crystals and marginal pitted conduits in both roots and stems.There are two types of non-glandular hair and one clav-shaped glandular hair in the leaves.TLC can be used to identify the Rubus parvifolius L.berry effectively.The internal transcriptional spacer(ITS)sequence can be used as a DNA barcode to distinguish 52 species of Sect.Idaeobatus,which is different from the traditional classification.The genetic distance suggested that the subsect.stimulantes and the subsect.pungentes might be the ancestors of other subgroups.Conclusion:The results can provide reference for the further development and utilization of the Rubus parvifolius L.
