摘　　要：过敏性鼻炎-哮喘综合征(CARAS)是一种上、下呼吸道同时存在过敏性反应的疾病,发病率连年升高。“大气理论”由清代医家张锡纯总结和完善。刘良丽教授认为“人之一身,一气主之”,故擅长运用“大气理论”,重视全身气机的调顺。认为大气虚损为本病根本,大气下陷致胸中痰湿伏阻为重要病理基础,又因外邪触动为本病重要始动因素;本病属本虚标实,可分为发作期、缓解期,其中发作期可分为前期大气虚损,风邪外袭,治以祛风化痰、理气通窍;此后大气失摄所产生之伏痰经外邪触动,胸中气机逆乱,治以清肺化痰、顺气通窍,而恢复期则以调气补虚为主,补大气之不足,运大气之流通。辨分缓急,表里同治,标本兼顾。Combined Allergic Rhinitis and Asthma Syndrome(CARAS)is a disease with allergic reactions in the upper and lower respiratory tracts,and its incidence has increased in recent years.Big Qi Theory was summarized and detailed by Zhang Xichun,a famous scholar in the Qing Dynasty.Professor Liu Liangli believes that“a person is an integral whole,the qi is the master”,so she is good at using Big Qi Theory and pay attention to regulating the Qi.Depletion of Big Qi is the foundation of CARAS.Phlegm-damp obstructing chest caused by Big Qi sinking is an important pathological basis.Exogenous evilattacking the superficies is the important starting factor.And the key of CARAS is deficiency in origin and excess in superficiality.It can be divided into two stages,attack and remission.Among them,the attack stage can be divided into the early stage,depletion of Big Qi and pathogenic wind attacking,whose treatments are dispelling pathogenic wind,eliminating phlegm,regulating qi-flowing and unblock the orifices,and the later stage:phlegm dampness is touched by external evil,whose treatments are clearing lung and eliminating phlegm,normalize Qi and unblock the orifices.In the remission stage,the main treatments are normalize Qi and tonifying deficiency.Make up the deficiency and transport the circulation of Big Qi.The emphases are expelling pathogens from both interior and exterior,and treating both manifestation and root cause of disease.
