摘　　要：经方法度严谨、配伍精当、药少力宏,疗效卓著。在临证过程中,芦少敏主任医师擅用经方辨治杂病,主张以申证精严、辨证精准为主,认为有是证才用是方。举桂枝加龙骨牡蛎汤治疗男子遗精,理中丸合四逆汤治疗更年期综合征、多囊卵巢综合征,半夏泻心汤治疗痤疮,温胆汤合栀子豉汤治疗不寐等五则验案,以佐证芦少敏主任医师应用经方治疗杂病的疗效。The method is rigorous,the compatibility is fine,the medicine is less and the curative effect is outstanding.In the process of clinical diagnosis,chief physician Lu Shaomin is good at using the prescription to distinguish and treat miscellaneous diseases,advocating that the essence and precision of syndrome differentiation should be applied,and that the prescription should be used only when the syndrome is present.Now take Guizhi Plus Keel Oyster Soup to treat male spermatorrhea,Lizhong Pill combined with Sini Decoction to treat climacteric syndrome and polycystic ovary syndrome,Banxia Xiexin Decoction to treat acne,Wendan Decoction and Gardenia Black Bean Decoction to treat insomnia and other five cases of miscellaneous diseases are as follows.
