林亚明教授运用大秦艽汤治疗血痹类病临证经验

摘　　要：大秦艽汤出自《素问病机气宜保命集》,具有祛风清热、养血活血之功,用于风邪初中经络所致气血痹阻、筋脉失养之证。林亚明教授在原方基础上化裁,认为该方表里兼治,祛邪并养阴,兼有益气补血、活血祛瘀之功。对于临床表现为肢体肌肤麻木不仁、疼痛的血痹类病,疗效显著;尤其是针对手痹、消渴病痹证、痿病痹证的治疗,疗效甚佳,值得研究学习。Daqinjiao Decoction,originally from the Collection of Qi Suitable for Preserving Life in the Pathogenesis of Plain Questions,has the functions of clearing away wind and heat,nourishment and activating blood circulation,and is used for the syndrome of Qi and blood obstruction caused by wind and pathogenic meridians and deficiency of tendons and vessels.Professor Lin Yaming modified the prescription on the basis of the original prescription.He believed that this prescription has the functions of both external and internal treatment,expelling pathogens and nourishing Yin,and benefiting Qi and blood,promoting blood circulation and removing stasis.It is effective in the treatment of blood hemarthralgia manifested as numbness and pain in the skin of the limbs,especially in the treatment of hand arthralgia,thirst arthralgia and erectile dysfunction arthralgia,which is worthy of study.
