摘　　要：化石类安神药物应用历史久远,用途颇广,因其质重性沉,有重镇安神之效,被广泛应用于治疗不寐、郁病等中医神志类疾病,常用的化石类安神药物包括龙骨、龙齿、琥珀、白垩、石燕、石蟹。化石类安神药物为不可再生资源,现存在资源保护、产量下降、需求增长、伪品充斥市场、无成熟替代药物等诸多问题,因此化石类安神药物及其应用有待进一步研究完善。Fossil mind-tranquilizing drugs have a long history and wide uses.Because of their heavy quality and important mind-tranquilizing effect,they are widely used in the treatment of insomnia,depression,and other mental diseases of traditional Chinese medicine.Commonly used fossil mind-tranquilizing drugs include Dens Draconis,Os Draconis,Amber,Chalk,Stone Swallow,and Stone Crab.Fossil mind-tranquilizing drugs are non-renewable resources,and there are many problems in resource protection,output decline,demand growth,fake products flooding the market,and no mature substitute drugs.Fossil sedative drugs and their applications need to be further studied and improved.
