基于壮医“三道两路”理论探析快速型心律失常的病机与治疗思路

摘　　要：“三道两路”理论是壮医药理论体系的核心内容,其中气道调节枢纽在肺,谷道调节枢纽在脾胃,水道调节枢纽在肾,龙路调节枢纽在心,火路调节枢纽在脑。在“三道两路”理论的指导下,从“气道宣降失职,瘀血阻络”“谷道升降失衡,痰浊蕴结”“水道开阖失司,水饮内停”“两路传导失守,心神失养”四个方面阐述快速型心律失常的中医病机,治疗上运用壮医经筋疗法调节气机而通“三道”,“三道”通则“两路”畅,心主血脉与心主神明之功恢复正常,从而达到治疗快速型心律失常的目的。The theory of“three passages and two channels”is the core content of the theoretical system of Zhuang medicine,in which the airway regulation hub is in the lung,the valley regulation hub is in the spleen and stomach,the waterway regulation hub is in the kidney,the dragon road regulation hub is in the heart,and the fire road regulation hub is in the brain.Under the guidance of the“three passages and two channels”theory,to elaborates on the pathogenesis of rapid cardiac arrhythmias in Chinese medicine from four aspects,“dereliction of duty in promoting and descending the airway,obstruction of collaterals by blood stasis”,“imbalance of ascending and descending the valley tract,accumulation of phlegm and turbidity”,“loss of regulation in opening and closing the waterway,cessation of water consumption”,and“loss of transmission of the two pathways,and loss of mental health”,in terms of treatment,Zhuangyi Jingjin therapy to regulate the Qi movement and promote the smooth flow of the“three pathways”,which in turn encourage the smooth flow of the“two channels”,the function of the heart in controlling blood vessels and the mind in governing the gods is restored to normal,to achieve the goal of treating rapid arrhythmia.
