摘　　要：秋水仙碱是一种卓芬酮类生物碱,具有抗炎、保护心血管系统、抗增殖等多种药理活性,但也具有明显的毒副作用。近年来,秋水仙碱的生物活性和药理作用被逐步认识,通过收集和研究相关资料,梳理总结秋水仙碱在植物来源、药理作用及临床应用方面的研究进展,以期为药学研究人员深入研究秋水仙碱的临床价值并对其进行合理开发应用提供科学依据。Colchicine is a type of Zhufenone alkaloid,it has various pharmacological activities such as anti-inflammatory,cardiovascular protection,and anti proliferation,but also has significant toxic side effects.In recent years,the biological activity and pharmacological effects of colchicine have been gradually explored,but most of the mechanisms of action are not yet clear.By summarizing the research progress of colchicine in plant sources,pharmacological effects,and clinical applications,it is expected to provide scientific basis for pharmaceutical researchers to further study the clinical value and rational development and application of colchicine.
