摘　　要：血党为紫金牛科紫金牛属植物九管血(Ardisia brevicaulis Diels)的干燥全株,具有祛风除湿、活血调经、消肿止痛之功效。血党中含有皂苷、苯醌类、苯酚类、甾醇类等多种化合物,还含有多种结构新颖的先导化合物。现代研究表明,血党具有抗炎、抗菌、抗肿瘤等多种药理作用,具有极高的药用价值,现被广泛应用于临床治疗。整理近二十年国内外关于血党的研究报道,归纳和总结血党鉴定及其化学成分、药理作用和临床用途,为其深入研究开发和利用提供参考。Ardisia brevicaulis Diels is a dried whole plant of Ardisia brevicaulis Diels,which has the effects of dispelling wind and removing dampness,promoting blood circulation and regulating menstrual flow,reducing swelling,and relieving pain.It contains saponins,benzoquinones,phenols,sterols,and many other compounds,as well as many lead compounds with novel structures.Modern research shows that the blood party has anti-inflammatory,antibacterial,anti-tumor,and other pharmacological effects,with high medicinal value,and is now widely used in clinical treatment.In the past two decades,the research reports on the blood party at home and abroad have been collated,and the progress of the blood party in identification,chemical composition,pharmacological effect,and clinical application has been reviewed,to provide a reference for its further in-depth research,development,and utilization.
