摘　　要：目的:探讨窄谱脉冲光(DPL)联合波长590 nm LED黄光治疗红斑毛细血管扩张型玫瑰痤疮(ETR)的临床疗效。方法:将98例ETR患者随机均分为试验组和对照组,其中试验组采用DPL(每4周1次)联合LED黄光(每周1次)治疗;对照组仅采用DPL(每4周1次)治疗。于治疗前和第1、2、3、4次DPL治疗后4周记录两组患者红斑、毛细血管扩张及潮红改变。采用整体美学改善量表(GAIS)评分分析患者美学改善情况,于第4次DPL治疗后4周分析两组患者治疗有效率,观察并记录治疗期间的不良反应。结果:95例患者完成治疗和随访。两组患者每次DPL治疗后红斑、毛细血管扩张及潮红评分均低于治疗前(P<0.05)。试验组每次DPL治疗后红斑评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。试验组第2、3、4次DPL治疗后的潮红评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组GAIS评分在第2、3、4次DPL治疗后均较第1次DPL治疗后升高(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗后的毛细血管评分和GAIS评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组患者治疗有效率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:DPL联合LED黄光照治疗ETR可快速、有效地改善红斑、毛细血管扩张及潮红症状,不良反应少。Objective:To explore the clinical effect of dye pulse light(DPL)combined with LED yellow light on erythema telangiectasia rosacea(ETR).Methods:A total of 98 patients with ETR who were treated in the hospital from March 2022 to January 2023 were enrolled.They were divided into control group and observation group randomly.The control group was treated with DPL every 4 weeks,while the observation group with DPL every 4 weeks and yellow light every week.The two groups were photograghed by VISIA and scored according to erythema,telangiectasia,flushing and aesthetic improvement at 4 weeks after each DPL treatment.The effective rates in both groups were analyzed at 4 weeks after the fourth DPL treatment,and adverse reactions were observed.Results:A total of 95 cases were followed up,and completed the treatment.The erythema,telangiectasis and flushing score of the two groups at every 4 weeks after treatment were lower than those before treatment(P<0.05).The erythema score in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The global aesthetic improvement scores(GAISs)in the two groups at 4 weeks after the second and third DPL treatments were higher than those at 4 weeks after the first treatment(P<0.05).The flushing score in the observation group was lower than that in the control group at 4 weeks after the second and third treatments(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in telangiectasis scores and GAISs between the two groups at each observation time point(P>0.05).The effective rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,but without significant difference.Conclusion:The combination of DPL and yellow light was effective in treating ETR,and can relieve the symptoms of erythema,telangiectasia and flushing safely and quickly,with fewer adverse reactions.
